At Stein Mart, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and include the packing slip inside.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.
